The part turned on when you connect it to the charger is the touch sensor.

Please check that part and press and hold for two seconds with the wide part of the palm of your hand.

※ The touch sensor may not work properly if you tap the mask with the finger, so be sure to cover and press it with the palm of your hand as if handling a child.
