CELLRETURN mask can be charged with the 5-pin cable.


1. Please test whether the product does not operate even after charging more than one hour with the complimentary charger provided when purchasing the CELLRETURN mask.


2. Since the charge may be the source of the problem, please test whether the lamp turns on with another charger using a 5-pin charger compatible with mobile phone or camera selfie stick), rather than using the complimentary charger.

* Approximately five hours is required for charging. Once fully charged, the product can be used up to 5-6 times.
